About me:

I'm 55 years old who have 1 son that is my whole life. I focus on my own well being and I went thru hell from paralysis but I'm grateful for my parents and God that I'm walking again when I gave up on myself. I dedicated my entire life since I was 15 years old to go into nursing, I believed in hands on care where they can actually feel my passion and compassion to the elderlies and to give back what was taught by my parents. Until my last surgery took it away from me back in 2008 BUT what I have learned in rehab that I gave to my patients I took it upon myself to walk again and to share what I know and shared it with my crew at the gym. There is nothing that you cant do when you set your own mind to it. I have since then continue to stay positive, any negativities I do not accept around my life. You only live once ,make the very best of it. Don't let anyone tell you you can't do it. Give yourself a chance and in due time everything that you ever wanted WILL fall into place. I'm a mom and a mom to others :) I'm an old school soul with a huge heart . The old is the new . Gym life is my way of life. I do not tolerate hate and stupidity. I have no issues in blocking anyone that cannot follow respect.. period . I’m a Cappy and I hold no hair on my tongue and I’ll lace it on anyone that just refuse to get it .
