About me:

Rocsii Frank is a prominent force in the greater Los Angeles area and as the CEO of The Source LA, became a self-made entrepreneur and business woman by setting in stone what hustling truly is for the African-American community and people of color. Due to the common misconception of a broken home, Frank spent her time establishing a career path towards a promising future in building generational wealth after giving birth to her son as a teenage mother. Frank’s motives for volunteering her time lie somewhere on the continuum between charitable and self-serving. After Frank’s experience with homelessness as a young mother with a son by her side working multiple jobs with little support, the young yet bold predestined CEO was offered a position at Aflac as a recruiter thus being promoted after her loyalty & dedication to the company changed her life forever. Although fearful of failure, Frank pushed through common stereotypes and fought for the sake of her son’s future and her own. In the year 2016, Frank founded The Source LA to create a more communal world through social media, which today is growing at an extreme rate with a calling to raise awareness to those less fortunate, provide jobs and opportunities, and in turn create a revolving system of infinite resources for everyone - a system and the help she needed when she journeyed alone in the world. Frank became this for herself through faith and integrity, which The Source LA stands firm on today - only you can bring yourself out of the dark and receive the help you need by putting in the work.
