General

I really enjoy doing things like hitting the gym, listening to music, gaming, playing sports, spending time with my fiancée, hanging with friends, meeting new people, singing when I feel like it, and much more. I'm about to attend college in the fall, and I am so excited! I'm just out here doing what I enjoy.

Music

I’m a massive nerd when it comes to music. I'm super into rock, punk, metal, and pop, both older and more modern, but mostly older music from the '70s to the Y2K era. Specific bands like The Misfits, Sublime, Tool, Jamiroquai, Maroon 5, and The Smiths mean a lot to me. I also enjoy electronic and jazz on some days, and honestly, I enjoy most genres of music.

Movies

I love movies that hit hard, keep you thinking, and ask deeper questions. Some favorites of mine: Fight Club, Star Wars, The Dark Knight, No Country for Old Men, Dead Poets Society, Scarface, Pulp Fiction, Baby Driver, American Psycho, Interstellar, Bullet Train, Whiplash, The Matrix, The Truman Show, Mad Max, Fury, Full Metal Jacket, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Space Odyssey, Taxi Driver, Eyes Wide Shut, and Platoon.

Television

I’m into shows that are dark, intense, or just well-written. My personal favorites include: Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Invincible, Dexter, The Sopranos, The Boys, The Walking Dead, The Mandalorian, and House M.D.

Books

I’m really into dystopias and books that dig into themes like freedom, control, and the human condition. Stuff like Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, All Quiet on the Western Front, Slaughterhouse-Five, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Lord of the Flies, The Road, Animal Farm, A Clockwork Orange, Blood Meridian, and V for Vendetta. I also like books that explore psychology, mental illness, the human spirit, and Man’s Search for Meaning. The Body Keeps the Score, An Unquiet Mind, Veronika Decides to Die, and Thinking, Fast and Slow are a few that stuck with me. I also enjoy reading the Bible from time to time. On top of all of those books, I’m also really into philosophy books that ask deeper questions about life, purpose, and morality.

Heroes

I seem to really look up to people who changed the world through wisdom, courage, and action not for fame, but for purpose. People like Nikola Tesla, Alan Turing, Leonardo Da Vinci, Socrates and Plato, Jesus Christ, Marcus Aurelius, George Washington, and other inventors, visionaries, leaders, and thinkers who challenged the norms of human society and left a mark through their careers, innovations, and central messages.
