zee's Interests

General

Austrian History: I've been fascinated by Empress Elizabeth's life for a while now, and along with that obsession comes the entire history of the great Austrian Empire.
Brazilian Portuguese: Since January 2025, I've been on and off studying, and I can finally say that I can somewhat understand the language.
Dance: Dancing is so invigorating to me, and it doesn't help that my guard coach kept feeding my ego about my skills.

Music

PARTYNEXTDOOR: My favorite song that he made right now is "TBH."
Justin Bieber: I'm a belieber, especially for his older albums.
Chase Atlantic: I listen to their music so much, I don't know if I'll hate it soon.

Movies

The Mist! It's definitely my favorite movie. I cried at the end of it then forced all my friends to watch it in eighth grade.(・∀・)

Television

Shameless: Definitely one of my favorite tv shows out there. I love white boy Carl, he's so funny. In my opinion, the show isn't the same without Fiona; yeah, there are multiple main character,s but she was THE main character.
Die Kaiserin: This show was definitely the catalyst for my Austrian history love. It's so underrated and barely anyone I know watches it.
Ginny & Georgia: Some people say that this show is extremely cringy but I genuinely love it. I feel as if it captures some of the struggles of life as a black teenage girl living in a predominantly white area.
Whatever show Devi was in, I love it so much I forgot the name. Seeing a weird girl having a coming-of-age school year was what I wanted to watch at the time, and this show captured my attention. I 100% recommend this show to any teenage girl.
Bridgerton: As I'm getting farther down my list, I'm getting lazier. I love period pieces, and this show did it for me. My favorite season is the first one; it's simplistic and doesn't feel too fictional.

Books

The Hate U Give: I read this book in 8th grade and genuinely almost cried. My librarian made a really smug comment about me not being mature enough for the book since I pointed out that it had curse words and it made me want to read it even more. Something about stories with black girls going to a predominantly white school sets me on fire.
