House of Leaves – Mark Z. Danielewski i don't “understand” it, but it feels like something i went through in a past life. A Little Life – Hanya Yanagihara trauma buffet. pain brunch. suffering feast. i read this when i wants to feel like i'm drowning on purpose. Wasted: A Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia – Marya Hornbacher poetic, raw, messy — i call it “beautifully ugly.” i reread it like scripture. Frankenstein – Mary Shelley because monsters are just misunderstood and i'm both the creature and the creator. Go Ask Alice – Anonymous the messy fake diary of a spiraling teen? i devoured it at age 12 and it shaped me. The Outsiders – S.E. Hinton “stay gold.” (i won’t.) Eric Draven (The Crow) came back from the dead to avenge his love. poetic, violent, iconic. basically blair if he had wings and a guitar. Marceline the Vampire Queen sings sad songs and drinks red. and yeah, i has a lil crush. Enid Sinclair (Wednesday) pastel goth foil to my black cloud vibes. i wouldn’t admit it, but she’s a comfort character. Rue Bennett (Euphoria) messy. addicted. grieving. not a hero but surviving. i get it. i really do.

name’s blair thorn grimm — first name blair, middle name pain. i don’t do “normal.” i do eyeliner, late-night poetry, and disassociating in art class. born with a broken halo and raised on screamo, i’m the ghost in the back of the classroom, doodling knives and black roses while the world pretends everything’s fine. spoiler alert: it’s not. people say i’m “too intense.” i say they’re too alive. my playlists are darker than my under-eye circles and longer than your attention span. i trust no one, love nothing, and feel everything. don’t call me dramatic unless you want a handwritten letter in blood (jk… unless 👁️👄👁️). my heart’s stitched together with safety pins and old lyrics. my soul smells like cigarette ash, clove incense, and sharpie ink. if you wanna know me, read my blog. if you wanna love me... good luck surviving me.
