I love your comment about seeing yourself like a best friend. We make a habit of being TERRIBLE to ourselves and than the worst part is we never dwell on good things. Ever since I’ve done therapy. I really try and be extra loving. Especially when I’m hurt. I no longer look for someone else to care. I’ll literally tell myself I care. Your message was so powerful. |
