Who I'd like to meet:
Ken Andrews
Ken Andrews is the guitarist/vocalist of the band Failure. Failure is one of the most underrated but also one of the most influential bands for me. Failure is known for it’s thick, heavy, eerie and haunted sound all thanks to Ken Andrews.
Though Ken Andrews is an amazing guitarist and lyricist, he’s also a great producer. With his tight and powerful productions, Ken Andrews inspired me to become a producer myself, to eventually make a living out of it!
Jerry Cantrell/Stephen Carpenter
Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains taught me a lot about how to create heavy, distorted guitar tones. I lovee Alice in Chains’ raw powerful grunge sound. Stephen Carpenter taught me a lot about how to create a very dissonant theme with weird tunings and weird chords (for example Mascara by Deftones).
