General

I like to craft and sew (although I'm bad at using sewing machines, I learned how to make an Adventure Time Finn hat). I love learning about history, especially Protestant Reformation era stuff.

Movies

My favorite movie series is the Koker Trilogy by Abbas Kiarostami. Beyond that, I am a big Kurosawa fan (basic but a staple, everyone loves his movies for a reason), and Napoleon Dynamite is the movie I watch whenever I am sick. Some of my other favorite movies (in no particular order) are Pan's Labyrinth, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Taste of Cherry, All About Lily-Chou Chou, Hereditary, House (1977), Mean Girls, and Parasite.

Television

I don't watch much tv these days, but I've been rewatching How to With John Wilson and Adventure Time...both are so good!

Books

The list would go on forever, so I will keep it short and without order. The Count of Monte Cristo, House of Leaves, Voices in the Night, A Confederacy of Dunces, Waiting (by Ha Jin), On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous, The Wall and Other Short Stories, Revenge (by Yoko Ogawa). In general I read a lot of historical fiction and short stories.
