I prefer reading manhwa because I get sleepy quickly when I only read books without illustrations. I like thriller, horror, action, comedy, slice of life, and romance genre manhwa. The first manhwa I read was "pupus putus sekolah" which is a slice of life genre, I remember when I was in junior high school.
