Soft, sad things with too many feelings. Folk music. Anything I can put on in the background while pretending I’m not spiralling. Also, I have a soft spot for '80s pop—don’t judge me. |

Movies |
The kind that leave you thinking for days. Slow, quiet, a little melancholic. Or, alternatively, absolute trash that lets me switch off my brain. No horror, obviously. Quite like just like some kids films.. Just, don't judge me.. They're calming ok? |

Television |
Documentaries, old detective shows, and anything with unnecessarily dramatic monologues. I pretend not to like reality TV, but I might have watched The Great British Bake Off a few times. |

Books |
Poetry, mostly. Philip Larkin, John Donne, and whatever second-hand book of poetry I pick up on a whim. Also, anything with footnotes—there’s something oddly comforting about them. |

Anyone who doesn’t immediately assume I’m useless. People who listen, rather than just hear. Poets, researchers, and those who know how to make a proper cup of tea (like seriously, nobody does.). Also, if you happen to know how to ward off existential dread (or eldritch horrors), do get in touch.
