my fav are mostly animated movie like tokyo godfather and paprika by satoshi kon and also look back by or ghibli like nausicaä.

im not much of a reader but the last book i read was North Is the Night by emily rath and that introduced me to Finnish mythology, which I hadn't realized was so thrilling. but other way i read mostly manga like beck, nana or recently slam dunk.
