Thats great to know, I use a lot of double strokes for my feet as it doesn't aggro old injuries however I am still working on building my single strokes all the time. |

Don't forget about using your fingers and toes to help take the strain off te larger joints during the stroke. |

hahaha fair bud. I understand that. double check your sticking technique if you want to be able to play for longer/faster without burning out. there are lots of minor adjustments you can do to make things easier for yourself. |

For most of the bands I am the drummer, It's a great cathartic experience playing metal drums. However for SWH I play everything, save for a few guest spots :) |
