I love improving on myself to me its one of the best things you can do for yourself so I have been trying to get myself into better habits so I've been working out trying to be healthier ect . I love exploring seeing/learning things beyond from what I know and seeing opens my eyes on how much more there is to the world. I love cooking  the process of it all is so soul healing to me and the satisfaction of getting to eat what you cooked up is like a reward lol I am a big foodie person its one of my love languages.
