Hi. I'm 20. I like classical music, cs books, visual novels and watching videos.
I happen to be somewhat capable of playing instruments, programming and learning
languages but doing it regularly isn't sustainable for me as of late (i.e. lazy)

================================== Text files ==================================

Average modern webpage is over 2MB (for reference, original DOOM, 3d game that 
takes 5 hours to beat is 2.4MB). Also modern sites are filled with useless 
scripts, animations etc. So i think that old web text files aged extremely 
well.  When you open one, it loads instanty and contains nothing but 
information you want - no telemetry scripts, no popus, no weird formatting, 
menus etc. You can find examples of such files on 
http://textfiles.com/directory.html (you can also find them by adding 
"filetype:txt" to a google search query - some of them will be markdown files 
or some other markup but still readable). It's also really convenient to save 
them. Pretty cool.

============================== Old youtube videos ==============================

You can search old youtube videos by adding "before:date" to search query (e.g. 
 akihabara before:2009). But then there's weird sorting, to fix it you can sort 
by views and scroll way down until videos have like 1000 views. That way you 
can find vlogs where people "trying this new youtube thing out", 144p japan 
vlogs, old amvs, let's plays etc.

==================================== Twitch ====================================

I don't watch twitch live. Instead, I have a small console program that lists 
all recent vods and plays selected in a normal video player - that way there is 
no ads, and I can skip and pause. Twitch site is so slow and janky, that it's 
really hard to navigate on my laptop.

Some of my twitch follows are: cdawgva, lordaethelstan, nemz38, robcdee, 
nyanners, shirahiko, snuffy, einelotta, emiru, ironmouse, everylunaever, 
urabread, sukidingels.

Apparently the optimal line length for reading is 60 characters, and this text 
is 80. Feel unoptimal yet, huh?

To fold a text file at 80 characters and copy it to clipboard you can do
fold -w 80 -s file | xclip
