General

Playing guitar, listening to music, watching TV, hanging out with my roommates. I love going to music festivals and I love reading spiritual and metaphysical philosophy and I think a lot. Probably too much for my own good. I love cooking and food in general, and I'm working on finding a healthy relationship with food in my life. I like going out for karaoke and hanging out at dive bars is my idea of a fun night. I also love Magic the Gathering and The Minute Hour 0: Nature is a huge part of my life, I love cold, foggy beaches and damp forests. I go barefoot as much as I can and I like feeling a little animalistic out in the woods. I don't hike often but when I do it is rejuvenating to a degree nothing else in my life could attain (-:

Music

Huge mix of stuff. My Chemical Romance has always held a close spot to my heart. Lately I've been diving a lot into Elliott Smith, Adrianne Lenker, Modest Mouse. Generally I like musical soundtracks, progressive rock, emo and screamo, local jam bands, psytrance, all sorts of genres. Some notable artists I listen to a lot are Jethro Tull, Rush, Pierce the Veil, Family Mystic, Big Thief, Shanin Blake (yes, unironically,) Kill Bill the Rapper, Suzanne Vega, Rufus Wainwright, The Who, Cheekface, The Kinks, Krishna Das, Bodhi Mojo, Cibo Matto, Kansas, Rainbow, Johnny Franco, The Smiths... just to name a few ;P

Heroes
