They established a Metropolis by the bay, Chrome City. This bustling city operated for many years without interruption. It became the central hub for GUN, the leading military unit in the continent. Sonic and his friends retired from their adventures and settled down, opting to start businesses and families. Everything was peaceful until he came. An alien that looked similar to them yet so different came crashing down, begging for help. Multiple attacks at GUN shook General Shadow to his core, disappearances all across the city, and a Mayor who remained suspiciously quiet. What could this mean for Chrome City? Is Eggman back? Or is this an evil greater than anything they have ever known...? DISCLAIMER: This story is still a work in progress! There will be elements from games and shows that appear here or have been forgotten for the sake of plot. Suggestions are appreciated! All canon characters are adults in this! (that includes Tails and Cream) There will be NO adult themes with previously established child characters.
