MY Pochita Plushie (from chainsaw man). He helps me with my anxiety when I’m in public and since I’m also autistic I have sensory issues and he helps me calm down when thing are overstimulating for me. I would also say my other hero is my X box headphones. I wear them in environments that are very loud and noisy so I don’t crash out! So thank u X box Headphones! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
