General

I study linguistics and I'm a massive language nerd so I will rant about that to you for hours on end. I love making music and I'm currently writing a musical (it's been in progress since 2021 and hasn't got anywhere but let's not talk about that). I write fanfic, probably too much, but it's been a while since I've done that because life.

Music

I like musical theatre, so a lot of my music taste is broadway and showtunes in general. I'm especially into german and french musicals like Elisabeth and mozart le opera rock. I also like classic rock, folk and classical. I could regress back into my emo phase at any time. Recently been very into Chappell Roan as well.

Movies

My favourite movie is Pride (2014) but I tend to like anything comedic or animated. As long as it's not too long. Films should not be 3 hours long and I'll stand by that.

Television

I like a lot of kids animated shows that I'm probably too old for, but who cares. I also can't seem to get out of my BBC Merlin phase.

Books

god, it's been a while since I've read a full book. I used to get through one or two a night but that's 2020 for you. I like anything vaguely funny or sarcastic, and I'm a huge fantasy fan. I also have a whole shelf of linguistics books because I'm a nerd.
