General

I really REALLY like vintage things. I like to collect vintage items, I love watching old animated movies/shows, my own art style looks like I'm an ex animator who worked with them in the 70's-80's (I'm not!! I am fourteen years old.), and I LOVE old music. Or I just love music In general, listening to music is one of the main things that I love to do in my spare time (other than art or writing!). Speaking of art and writing, that's also something that I very much enjoy doing. Art is something that I am very passionate about, and one of the main things that I want to pursue when I'm older is to be a writer, and I can just illustrate my own books! I also really like the color purple, it's my favorite color. I also really love to read. My favorite genre of books would probably have to be classics that are written mainly about animals. I also do fanart of some of the books that I like to read! Also, if you couldn't already tell, I like to yap.

Music

Like I said previously, I prefer to listen to older music, like mostly 80's and 90's music. This is mainly because my mom introduced me to her music taste, and it just so happened to be that her taste in music is very enjoyable. She also has my other siblings hooked on music from her decade, as well. i guess I'm just more passionate about it, because I actually started to listen to some bands or artist from the 80's and 90's before my mom has, and I've found some of my favorite songs by just searching around and listening to many different artists on my own. I am always open for recommendations, too! If you have a musical artist or song that you think I might like, feel free to tell me about it! Music recommendations really excite me!

Movies

I guess that I just like to watch movies as much as any average person would. I do mostly just watch movies of my interests, though. I do have a favorite movie director, though! As some of you may probably guess, it's Don Bluth. I am very much inspired by him in my art style. One of my favorite films of all time is by Don Bluth! It's called "The Secret of NIMH." If any of you haven't seen that movie yet, then I highly recommend it if you're a fan of dark fantasy, and furries. (I'm semi-joking when I say furries.) Also, interesting enough, one of my favorite non-animated movies probably has to be The Florida Project by A24 studios, and also my next one would be Thirteen. I don't now why my two different tastes in movies are THAT drastically different.. but, y'know! That's just how it is sometimes. Some of my other favorite movies are Rio (Blue Sky Studios {R.I.P}), Watership down the film from 1978, Felidae (I'm a little iffy on this one considering how gruesome some scenes are.), Brother Bear, All Dogs go to Heaven, The Land Before Time, and Lady and the Tramp. If you have a movie recommendation for me, I would definitely like to hear it!

Television

I'm not big on television shows, but I do have one that I am a HUGE fan of. It's a popular Netflix show called Stranger Things. You guys can probably guess why I would like Stranger Things. (P.S. I also have an AU where it's Stranger Things but they're all furries! I would love to talk about it if anyone has any questions. :>>) I also sometimes like to watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, but I'm not too consistent on the fandom. I do occasionally draw fanart of the characters, though! it's a very cute TV series, and I love it! I also really enjoyed the Beastars series! I can't wait for the new season to finally come out! I used to watch 101 Dalmatian Street, but I haven't recently gotten back into it. I do love the fans though, it's such a shame how underrated the series is, and how much potential the show had just to go to waste.

Books

I really love to read! I love to read books mainly about animals, and I'll occasionally read graphic novels, too. I've read some of the Beastars manga, and I also read the Wings of Fire graphic novel series. I do read Warriors a little bit, but I'm not big into the fandom. I also really enjoyed the first and second book of Seekers, which is a very underrated book series that was written by the same people who wrote Warriors! (Erin Hunter) I haven't started reading the third book yet, and I'm still on the second book of the Warriors series. Some books that I'm currently reading are The Last Unicorn, Watership Down, and Animal farm. I take breaks from books when I'm half-finished with them so I can move onto another one. I don't know why I'm like that, I guess that just has something to do with my ADHD. I don't really want to take any book recommendations currently since I'm still on three different novels.
