Basalt's Interests

General	drawing!!! i like to sketch in sketchbook and properly render pieces digitally. idk why but i find it easier to sketch on paper so i have soooo many sketchbooks :3 i cannot pick an art style but i really like painting! video games! i mainly play indie games cause they are cheaper and better in my opinion. favourite is hollow knight, love everything about it. cant wait for silksong haha!! i also listen to music (mainly the same comfort artists) and watch youtube (mainly the same comfort youtubers)
Music	oooo i like this one! julien baker!!! emotional support artist muna chappell roan mitski lucy dacus orla gartland phoebe bridgers always tryna listen to new artists but i am very picky which is annoying!!! i am also trying to learn piano and would like to learn guitar or smth in the future!
Movies	but im a cheerleader, spiderverses, new puss in boots, do revenge, up. thats all the movies ive watched more than one time. i tend to just rewatch ones i like, i have not watched many tbh
Television	i do not have the attention span to consume media but i love arcane, cool ass art style
Books	i am illiterate!
Heroes	this is a tough one.. probably julien baker and drawfee? julien bakers music is very comforting to me and so are her interviews. shes talked a lot about how shes struggled in the past but it gets better and its very comforting to hear! i know drawfee doesnt do a lot of serious content but the fact that they made a career out of making silly drawings with their friends is very cool and it makes me hopeful that i can enjoy my career as an artist one day!
