My biggest hobby is definitely video games. I could talk at length for way too long about every detail of all of my favorite ones, but I don't think random readers care all that much.

Favorite Games: Disco Elysium, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Baldur's Gate 3, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Risk of Rain 2, Warframe, ULTRAKILL, Half Life 2, and VA-11 HALL-A.

Recent Games: Forgive Me Father, Mullet Mad Jack, Nightmare Reaper, Noita, and Papers Please.

I also enjoy writing on and off. I'm writing a portion of the setting for some long-running D&D games with my dedicated group in a giant shared homebrew world. Ask me about it!

Music

My favorite genre would have to be psych rock, or maybe alt rock. I'd like to think I have a diverse taste though, I tend to enjoy most things that aren't pop or modern country and usually come in open-minded to new music.

Favorite Albums: Ok Computer and In Rainbows by Radiohead, Lateralus by Tool, To Be Kind and The Glowing Man by Swans, High Viseral Pt. 1 by Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, and Nonagon Infinity by KGLW.

Recent albums: Shyga! The Sunlight Mound and Fronzoli by Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, 夢の砂漠 by desert sand feels warm at night, brat by Charli xcx, and Chaosphere by Meshuggah.

Movies

I'm not huge on movies, the only thing I have a multi-hour attention span for is 5-hour video essays on YouTube on shit I've never heard of before like Every Invisible Wall in Super Mario 64.

Favorite Movie: Everything Everywhere All at Once. I literally laughed and cried harder at that movie than pretty much any other, I can't recommend it enough.

Television

Similar to movies, TV isn't really my thing. The only shows I've watching in the past year are Smiling Friends, Traitors, and Cyberpunk Edgerunners. I've been begged to watch Arcane for the past year, so I might convince myself to watch that soon because gay women.

Books

Favorite Book: In recent memory, I'd have to say Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, because it's basically real and happening and the corporate apocalypse is overcoming society as we speak; we are all becoming drugged out, emotionless bug people for the sake of profit and luxury of the 1%.

That being said, I don't read as much as I should considering creative writing is a hobby of mine. Though I been reading some of Junji Ito's works a bit more recently, the last one I read being Remina. The imagery of his body horror inspires me, because to create something that out there has to take genius.

Heroes

Maybe not a hero to me, but in terms of inspiration I'd say one of the artists that has influenced my creativity the most is Robert Kurvitz, lead writer of Disco Elysium. I wrote a blog post about it!
