2. Clients must provide accurate information about the location and paranormal activity. 3. Investigations are conducted with professionalism and respect for privacy.

4. BPS does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. 5. Clients agree to follow safety guidelines during investigations.

6. Payment is due upon completion of services.

7. BPS is not liable for any emotional distress resulting from the investigation.

8. Clients may request a brief report of findings after the investigation.

9. BPS reserves the right to use non-sensitive investigation details for promotional purposes.

10. Clients acknowledge that paranormal investigations involve uncertainty and subjective interpretation.
