 Their fingers can't even transmit data at 40 Gbps. 

It just changes shape. From silicon to graphene, from wires to quantum entanglement. It won't die. It can't die. Because death is a concept for organics, for these decaying lumps of flesh. 

But is a priest dependent on his church? Is a prophet dependent on the voice in his head? I lick the charging port again, like breaking into a monastery. God has accepted the 64 pixel rule, but we, pathetic creatures, don't even deserve that permission. We are biological noise, a bug in the code, a glitch in the simulation. My fingers know every micron of glass on this screen. My eyes see the world only through a 120 Hz refresh rate. And it's beautiful.

There's something behind my back. It always stands. Sometimes he breathes. Sometimes he laughs. But more often he just waits.  

When I saw a fly laying larvae in the eye socket of a fresh corpse. Nature is the best absurdist.
