Anathema's Interests

General	I love books. I read constantly, so much that it's a problem. I love old art, especially ones with religious symbolism, despite myself being agnostic, and raised religious. My favorite video games are Fallout 3-4 (That's counting New Vegas) and Skyrim.
Music	I enjoy a variety of 'alternative' genres, especially goth-rock, darkwave, punk and indie, but I'll listen to any song I like. I do not confine myself to such genres. My favorite bands are The Sisters Of Mercy and Malice Mizer.
Movies	To be honest, I don't watch many movies. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be 'Lisa Frankenstein.' I really enjoyed that one.
Television	I love the new fallout show.
Books	I love fantasy books, but I detest realistic fiction and YA 'coming of age' novels. My favorite authors are Brandon Sanderson, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, H.P. Lovecraft, (despite his moral shortcomings, that poor cat...) and Edgar Allen Poe.
Heroes	I don't have heroes, and will never have a hero. I will not put mortal men upon a pedestal they do not deserve.

About me:

Just a teenage girl who cares very little for labels. Feel free to talk to me, whether or not I respond; I'll still enjoy getting the messages. People often complain about me typing like a victorian gentleman. I don't know why they're so bothered. Chill. Anathema isn't my real name. Considering the meaning of the word, that would be an atrocious title to lay upon a child.

Who I'd like to meet:

Anyone willing to speak to me. I'll likely avoid middle-aged men and such for safety concerns, though. Safety concerns and all that. I especially want to meet people with common interests.
