Music

A massive Emohead, Vaporwave connoisseur, Punk lover, and Hardcore kid. I also appreciate Folk, Hip-Hop (Rage, Jazz Rap, Industrial), EDM, and Pop. As a musician myself, the artists who inspire me the most are DJ Screw, Death's Dynamic Shroud.wmv, Skrillex, Jane Remover, Lucy Bedroque, Portishead, Ninajirachi, and the late and great SOPHIE (rest in paradise, queen).

Movies

My favorite films of all time are Se7en, Akira, Mullholand Dr, Alien, and Ghost in the Shell, to keep it brief. Though I am a fan of many movies. David Lynch is my all time favorite director, along with Ridley Scott and David Finch.

Television

I'm mostly an anime watcher. My top 5 would have to be Hellsing Ultimate, Dragon Ball (series), Death Note, Inuyasha, and Evangelion. Television wise, True Detective season 1 & 2, Twin Peaks, and IASIP.

Books

I mostly read leftist theory and other political books, especially by communist leaders. Feminist literature, such as "The Will to Change" by bell hooks, has been important to me as well. In the fictional sphere, The Great Gatsby is one I return to often.

Heroes

As a communist, there are many figures I look toward for inspiration, such as Che Guavara, Thomas Sankara, Fred Hampton, Marx & Engeles of course, Fidel Castro, and Ho Chi Minh, as well as Rosa Luxembourg and Salvador Allende.
