General |
Martial Arts has also been my thing my entire adult life, I was able to take 1st place in multiple categories at the Region 8 AAU Kung-Fu tournament in 1992. Gardening is also a passion of mine, along with good nutrition in general. In a past life I served on the board of directors of Ozark Natural Foods. I was also big into public access television, and while most of my on-camera stuff is lost to time or re-used tapes, I helped plenty behind the camera through the 90s into the 00s. I also served on the board of directors of our local 8 Community Access Tv channel. |

About me:
Playing piano and recording since 1982, I've been keyboardist & singer for three bands and I have a mountain of tapes and songs to share. I'm a little older now, so I made an avatar of my younger self for music videos. I grew up in Redondo Beach, California as a goofball redhead who never quite fit in with the normies, so I tried hanging out with punks. I was a non-conformist among non-conformists. It's nice to find this space, it's strangely more human in here.
Who I'd like to meet:
Audiences and collaborators for my music! My first band included lead guitarist Robert Hecker, who was poached by Redd Kross. My second lead Alan Hansford also played in Bulimia Banquet. The weirder, the better.
