I dont really know but try meditating and try to have breaks. If u do try shifting every night it can get very tiring and u could start to lose motivation :)
Its fine if u dont shift tonight but remember you will eventually and the only thing which is stopping yourself is you. So stay motivated and you will shift!!! <3
