huge midwest emo fan. i also love grunge (nirvana, pearl jam, etc.), punk (but not the screaming stuff, mostly like rancid, descendants, ramones, misfits, etc.), riot grrrl (i actually saw bikini kill live in montreal!), and a bunch more strange and atypical genres. my favourite band right now is car seat headrest by far.
