Michael's Interests

General

I’m a fan of classic books—the kind that never get old no matter how many times you read them. You’ll usually find me flipping through stories like To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Gatsby, 1984, Pride and Prejudice, or The Catcher in the Rye. Always looking to meet people who appreciate timeless writing, good conversations, and the kind of books that stick with you long after the last page.

Music

Big fan of classic 90s grunge—give me Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, all of it. There’s just something raw and real about that era that never gets old. If you vibe with heavy riffs, gritty lyrics, and that unapologetic energy, we’ll definitely get along. Looking to meet people who appreciate good music and don’t mind a little nostalgia.

Movies

I’ve got a soft spot for classic 80s comedy movies—the kind that still make you laugh even when you know every line. Ghostbusters, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Coming to America, Beverly Hills Cop, The Breakfast Club… that whole era just hits different. If you appreciate iconic one-liners, feel-good humor, and a bit of nostalgia, we’re already on the same wavelength. Looking to meet people who love to laugh and enjoy the classics.

Television

I’m definitely more of a Netflix streamer than a traditional TV watcher these days. There’s just something about choosing what you want, when you want, and losing track of time in a good series. If you’re the type who would rather binge a show than channel surf, we’ll get along easily. Always open to recommendations—and to swapping a few of my own.

Books

1. To Kill a Mockingbird — Harper Lee A powerful story about justice, empathy, and growing up. 2. 1984 — George Orwell A chilling look at surveillance, control, and the dangers of totalitarianism. 3. Pride and Prejudice — Jane Austen A timeless romance filled with wit, charm, and sharp social commentary. 4. The Great Gatsby — F. Scott Fitzgerald A tragic, mesmerizing portrait of the American Dream.

Michael's Blurbs

About me:

I’m the type of person who wanders into random bookstores just to get lost in the shelves. There’s something about finding a book you weren’t even looking for that feels like a small adventure. When I’m at work, I’m usually looking for new people to talk to—fresh stories, good laughs, and interesting conversations make the day go by so much better. Always down to connect with someone who loves curiosity, good vibes, and maybe a book recommendation or two.

Who I'd like to meet:

Just looking to meet like-minded people who enjoy good conversations, genuine vibes, and a little curiosity about the world. I’m all about connecting with people who think deeply, laugh easily, and appreciate the small things. If you’re the type who loves sharing ideas, stories, or just real moments, we’ll get along great.
