I love fashion and makeup, decorating my space to suit my taste, history, and studying the occult! Sometimes I get a little theological, too ;)

Music

My true love is Gothic Americana, or dark country, or its various other descriptors, but I like other genres too. Specifically nu-metal. I’d love to find other alternative music to listen to. I also love looking into the history and components of each genre.

Movies

I like 1930’s horror movies, like Frankenstein and The Wolf-Man. 1920’s and 1940’s are good, too, like the movie ‘Rebecca.’ I also enjoy 90’s and 2000’s movies that seem to have been a hit with the alt crowd both back in the day, and now— like The Crow or Queen of The Damned.

Television

I mostly rewatch shows I’ve already seen— especially anime. But I like new ones to add to the pile, too. :)

Books

Classic Gothic literature— Frankenstein, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are two I’ve conquered. I like Edgar Allen Poe, and favor his stories over his poetry. I’m 1/3 of the way through Dracula now. I like spooky books in general and I’m open to suggestions. Don’t stop at Y/A or adult books, I like a good ghost story written for the youth, too, like Goosebumps!
