i have bipolar so if i have a sudden change in mood or behavior that is why
i am perfectly fine if you block me, everyone is allowed to feel how they feel
i tend to talk a lot about what's going on in my life and currently that involves a lot of both physical and mental health issues so be mindful of that but i will always have a tw on posts about that stuff
