We are not taking any more fire mages. I dont care if you think you are "Really responsible" or that you were "Top of your class". I don't believe you. If you chose to study fire magic you are scum and actively participating in hurting the magic war effort. Let me guess what you're going to comment on my profile. NO IT IS NOT.

In any situation where you would actively WANT fire magic over ANY OTHER kind of magic, you can instead use a MATCHBOX and do the same things. Oh sorry no that's wrong, you would be able to do all the same things AND NOT RISK MASS CASUALTIES.

Sorry, if you are a fire mage, I'm serious. I'm not trying to do some sort of "gotcha" here. I'm not trying to take some sort of moral high ground or lambast you for your mis-chosen course of study. After all, plenty of mages end up focusing on fire magic because they thought it was really cool as a kid. But the truth is the science is out there. The dangers of fire magic FAR outweigh the uses. Please, pick up a scroll and read something about some natural magics that are more useful and far less destructive in the modern day.
