As long as it’s not country or religious I probably will find something by any artist I’ll enjoy.

Movies

Preferences to horror and anything anime. Willing to watch most anything though.

Television

Anything but soap operas unless it’s like a K-drama.

Books

Chloe Gong is my most recent favorite author, for sure recommend. Usually prefer dystopians, mysteries, fairytales, myths, and maybe with romance in it but it’s not a must for a book to peak my interest. The usual tropes for romance bore me and are easy to guess the next move and outcome. No thrill. But- Anything decent that gets me out of my shell of reading the same books I always come back to, will be coveted and added to that same list haha.

Heroes

This is quite hard. I’ve never seen anyone actually be a true hero outside of fiction. It’s always forced, or for self fulfillment. Waiting for the public to appraise them, a reward, to be doted on by their community or country, or to gain power from the positions it can propel you into. Call me pessimistic but humans are flawed and I don’t think hero’s truly exist in our world. Hence my fascination with books/movies/shows. There’s always some type of self service or it being forced for humanity to act a hero. Villains (for lack of better words) are more acceptable in their rare cases of kindness. They don’t hide what they are, they accept it and show it. If they are kind, usually they don’t tell the tale out loud. I have a preference to them over self proclaimed hero’s.
