General

plays guitar the way my thoughts run; all mess with no clear direction, and with feeling. chases sensory things: light through curtains, leaves catching the sun on water, a room full of strangers whose stories are made up in my mind. matcha. anything soup. almost everything, with the right company.

Music

rock, pop punk, punk rock, indie, grunge, bedroom pop, electropop, synthpop. kpop, unironically. metal occasionally, which i won't elaborate on. the genre doesn't matter as much as whether it just gives me the vibe.

Movies

romcoms as a non-negotiable. horror that earns its dread without relying on gore. animated films that are basically my childhood buddies i grew up with and has no intention of outgrowing. a particular soft spot for films about women who love each other, even when the film doesn't name it. the rest is on letterboxd.

Television

Community, first and always. not much of a western series person beyond that. anime takes up much of my thoughts esp. Jojo's, One Piece, Nana. Nana especially, and if you know you know.

Books

was a novel person before a certain something made reading feel like labor. survives now on manga, manhwa, manhua. now scouring for anything with a woman at the center who wants too much and doesn't apologize for it.

Heroes

Seventeen, collectively and without reservation. Chappell Roan. Katherine Moennig. Ruby Cruz. has a type and is not subtle about it, hopefully? LOL
