General	I really enjoy working out almost every day, meditation...I'm going to be getting a punching bag soon to add that to my routine. I play several instruments but I'd have to say my mains are guitar and electric bass. I like to write and draw, I play a lot of retro shooting and real time strategy games as well. I really like to cook too. It's something I kind of taught myself during the pandemic. Also, a home cooked meal will always beat take out.
Music	Metal and it’s various sub-genres, punk/hardcore, hip hop, synthwave, honestly not super picky.
Movies	80s/90s action and scifi.
Television	All the shows I watch are on YouTube lol.
Books	The Bhagavad Gita, Tao Te Ching, The Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building, the PMA effect, the Big Blue Book
Heroes	Too many to list.

About me:

32 year old multi-instrumentalist, bouncer, promoter, and recording/live sound engineer. I pick up heavy things and put them back down. I’m 9 months sober from alcohol. I play bass for the bands Devil Magick and Odyssey Dawn as well as guitar for Myconith. I also have a solo project called Adversaion in which i play everything except drums. I live in Southern California and love my little corner in the world.
