Movies

Mostly documentaries, Industrial Soundtrack for the Urban Decay and The Phenomenon are two of my favorites recently. Also love cheesy and classic horror (Night of the Walking Dead).

Television

Star Trek, Star Gate, but honestly I mostly watch youtube (I'm a sucker for backyard scientist type videos). In the past I also got absorbed too easily into CW bait like Vampire Diaries. A bit of a weeb.

Books

I like cheesy poetry like Swinburne or Baudelaire (I even went to the trouble of translating Flowers of Evil because I found the existing translations too prosaic and not poetic enough), and also books on religion, philosophy, the occult. Aleister Crowley (favorite is Diary of a Drug Fiend), the Upanishads, Heretics by GK Chesterton.

Heroes
