General

i want to be an epidemiologist, so i take heavy interest in infectious disease research. i love to drum and am in two bands at the moment. i paint from time to time but not so much anymore. in the spring i like to garden, but winters are long where i live. i really like fashion, i dont have an interest in being a designer or anything, but its a hobby of mine.

Music

music has been such a large part of my life but here are a list of my current favs: pia fraus, enon, benches, apples in stereo, built to spill, sade, motorama, modern vices, blah blah blah, voxtrot, cocteau twins, stereolab, morcheeba, love spirals downwards, edie brickell, florence price, pinback, portishead, khruangbin, brian eno, yin yin, elliott smith, pulp, squid, nujabes, and the cure.

Movies

idk i dont watch too many movies. this is so embarrassing but ive been in such a batman phase since the new movie came out lol. my all time favorite movie is the usual suspects, my mom showed it to me bc she saw it in her film class in college. that movie was so good i had to watch it a second time right after i finished it.

Television

my favorite show of all time is the anime monster. some other anime i like are ergo proxy, paranoia agent, samurai champloo, cowboy bebop, perfect blue, paradise kiss, and nana.

Books

kurt vonnegut is my favorite author. the first book of his i read was player piano, his first work, and ive been hooked ever since.
