About me:
I am a free spirit, flying though as many styles as my mind encounters, but my home to which I always return is in rock. Like many others, I tell the real story of myself through my music, but I tell it with symbolic journeys. Fiction can reveal a kind of truth that even the truth cannot. For a normal performance I use a microphone and a PA that can play backing tracks. I can also do non-amplified performances with only my guitar or a piano, for instance if volume is a concern. My favorite kind of show is to play with a full band, but I'd have to hire people or convince them to play with me, so that doesn't happen often, and you'd have to give me a few days to herd the cats involved if you want to see that. One day I want to do a full orchestral live version of my "Johnny" album. That would be fuckin sick.
Who I'd like to meet:
People who are into music. People who are into alternative fashion. Crazy people. People with stories. Anybody in NYC, especially anybody who wants to play music irl.
