I'm really into writing, magical realism and horror r my JAM painfully slowly learning how to skateboard. yes bc of Sk8 the Infinity. rollerblading too but that's MUCH scarier. also I'm from oregon so im supposed to say i like hiking/camping and I do but i hate running into people.

Music

my bible albums are Manic and Badlands by halsey, everything ever made by fall out boy, and the holy trinity of deadroses, anonymous, and digital druglord by blackbear. ik everybody says they listen to everything but I SWEAR really I truly will. ALWAYS looking for recs send me anything you're interested in PLEASE!!

Movies

THE BEST movies ever, are the live action scooby doo movies. N o competition. Then next are heist movies I can't explain why idc if they're garbage I love them. I'm such a sucker for a good coming of age movie there's something so cathartic watching other people getting the high school experience I didn't. I'm not really into the superhero stuff, the two exceptions to that rule being Birds of Prey and Thor: Ragnarok. The only horror movie I've ever actually liked has been Jennifer's Body by I compensated by REALLY REALLY REALLY loving that movie oh my god it's gold. I also adore those typical easily dismissed childrens animated movies, anything disney princess related, anything pixar or dreamworks makes me unbelievably happy.

Television

I took the pandemic as an excuse to dive into anime and I've not come up for air yet, it's been nice. Yuri!!! on Ice is my favorite, but I also really like: Given | Jujutsu Kaisen | Haikyuu | OHSHC | banana :( fish :(( | and HxH. There's like 10 others I've started that I'm sure I'll get around to finishing. I might be putting off finishing (read: starting) the chimera ant arc just a little bit. Non-anime shows I adore are the new She-Ra series, The Dragon Prince, Avatar, Gotham, Community, Wynonna Earp, and Series of Unfortunate Events. But I'm not really keeping up with them as much in all honesty.

Books

God I miss reading, liking making time for myself to read. Was a Percy Jackson kid, now a Percy Jackson adult. What r u gonna do u know. I've read a lot of Cornelia Funke, my favorite book is actually Dragon Rider which she wrote. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I've been reading a lot of Webcomics recently, mostly on Webtoon. If you do ANYTHING please please please go check out Parallel City o h m y g o d it's amazing. - I also recommend Lore Olympus - a CLASSIC -, Lost in Translation, The Remarried Empress, unOrdinary, R.A.W., and Purple Hyacinth I've loved all those stories so so much!
