One of my primary creative works at the moment is my extended poetry collection, the "White Flower Saga", consisting of a lonely man named Walton Leer lamenting his life and inability to find connection. The story is told through 3 (4 soon) collections, "LOVE AND WHITE FLOWERS" which details Walton's aforementioned longing, "WRITE ME LETTERS IN INK AND STICKS" which follows Walton as his sanity begins to dwindle, leading to his death, and "warm" which follows someone called Mournen as he mourns Walton's death. The upcoming "A Wretched Bouquet" is a prequel that follows Walton before the other collections, mainly exploring his character and relationships with family members. I’m also working on a story called “STEIN” told through Minecraft. After Victor Stein (an original take on Victor Frankenstein) crawls from his grave in the postmortem realm called Postlife, he begins to settle and find company with people, but begins to feel his urge to create reemerge. He starts by using his strange nature powers to grow plants, hoping that cultivating life as a farmer can satisfy his premortem itch, but with no success. Eventually, he finds himself sinking days underground in a lab, working to bring a moss creature to life like his monster in his previous life. This time, however, he has to make a choice: his own postmortem life, or the Mossthing’s. While not as essential to the plot, Stein begins to neglect his wife, Lourne, another scientist (played by my partner) and leaves her alone for hours when he’s at work, or in silence when he is present—his mind is consumed by nothing but his work to bring the Moss to life. Notably, I've also created a datapack for the Minecraft Origins Mod, called Entropy's Chosen with the help of my friend TheViralMelon. This origin gives the player teleportation based abilities that allow you to engage in combat and exploration in new ways. The origin is based on a species I created for another story of mine called Bloomlore, but that story is ultimately too long and in great need of revision to explain here. My other interests include: -Character study -Literature -Game Design -Worldbuilding -Art |
Music |
I listen to a variety of music, primarily people like Tame Impala, Kendrick Lamar, Gorillaz, Lucaa, Tyler, The Creator, tomcbumpz, and a little bit of Faye Webster, Sabrina Carpenter, and Laufey. I dont really give a poop about being mainstream or whatever, I just mainly find artists I like and search their discographies for more. |
Movies |
While I love a lot of movies, I find myself more entranced by television, due to the extended time the audience gets to spend with the characters, so forgive if this section isn't nearly as full as television. My favorite movies are (unordered): -Memento -Coraline -Spiderverses -Puss in Boots: The Last Wish -Dune -Princess Bride -Dead Poets Society -Baby Driver There are others that I don't feel I've watched enough to consider them my favorites, but I do still like them: -Spiderman 2 -Howl's Moving Castle -Good Will Hunting -Rosemary's Baby -Guardians of the Galaxy (mainly 3, but the others are enjoyable) thats all i can think of currently |
Television |
Some of my favorite shows: -Breaking Bad + Better Call Saul: fantastic feats of writing and character development, and the shows that truly sparked my interest in developing characters with complex psychology and exploring their traits. -BoJack Horseman: a show that built upon the others in what the did for my interest in characters; a show that knows perfectly how to balance intense drama and beautiful character writing with its sitcom form and humor. -Avatar: The Last Airbender (animated one of course): one of my absolute favorite shows, each character has such a genius (design-wise) personality and is insanely likable, and the world of Avatar is so interesting and nicely developed that a show where kids adventure the planet is a treasure to watch. -Supernatural (Mainly Season 4-5, and 9-10): in seasons 4 and 5, the relationship between Sam and Dean and how they differ is one of my favorite things about the show, and I absolutely love how they are contrasted by their allegiances with Demons vs Angels, and later how they are placed as the vessels for Michael and Lucifer. Season 9-10 introduce the Mark of Cain and how Dean struggles with fighting a curse of this magnitude; I absolutely love how we follow and feel Dean's torment. This show, even though it has many rough patches, has such an intriguing mythos with its monsters and folklore, and mainly its interpretations of Christianity. -Invincible: probably one of the best superhero pieces of media I’ve seen. Like all superhero stories, it can be a bit repetitive at times, but Mark’s constant failure in battle had never bothered me; I truly love its portrayal of its complex characters and its commitment to its place as a superhero show. -Andor: I have yet to rewatch Andor, but on my first watch, it is an absolutely fantastic show. The growing sense of rebellion Cassian adopts as the show continues is one of my favorite parts, as well as Luthen in general as a character. -Ninjago: specifically seasons 6 and 8. Ninjago has always been something I’ve watched since I was literally 5 years old, and the focus season 6 brings to my favorite ninja, Jay, is very unique, as well as its villain. It certainly does have some flaws with making Jay likable (ex: his attitude toward Nya for much of the season is a bit creepy), his character at the end of the season is very enjoyable both as his normal self and as a protagonist. I also really like how the ninja disappear slowly, leaving us with no one but Jay at the end. Season 8 has similar sentiments, but I think it’s just executed much better with its focus on Lloyd. Lloyd has clearly grown to be an independent ninja this season, and while he at times may lack a identifiable personality (he is kind of a generic “good guy”) his grief for his father and the toils he experiences when Garmadon is resurrected are very compelling and well executed. I also just like the antagonist, Harumi, and how her betrayal and personal attack to Lloyd makes everything hurt more at the end. I also think the Oni masks (this season’s macguffin) are nice with how they play into Harumi’s plotline. I also like shows like The Boys and Seinfeld, and currently watching both Adventure Time (not very far in) and Steven Universe, which I am liking quite a lot. |

About me:
I spend most of time developing characters and stories, writing, or other various creative things. mainly I mentally develop worlds and characters since i currently have no means to execute such stories. i suck at all games, video or other. my favorite activity is complaining, im sorry but its true. I have a habit of making references to human waste like poop and pee, and even using that in place of normal swears, because its the funniest thing in the world and I hate you if you don't think so.
Who I'd like to meet:
