Currently, I've become super invested in the Eltingville Club. It's a comic by Dorkin. It's a satire on nerd / fandom dickhead culture and it has not only aged super well, it is BITING. I've DATED a Bill. I'm dating a Jerry that grew up and got his shit together right now, and it is great! I know somebody just like every one of these assholes and it is painfully real. Granted, I don't know anyone who burned down a comic shop yet, but my boyfriend worked one for years and can show you about 60 people who would probably have tried. I know every character would have hated me- for being a poser, a woman, a goth, blah blah blah. That's how I know it's well written. Everyone with that mindset would.
