General

i tend to split my time between blogging, gaming, and getting lost in movies or shows, with travel mixed in whenever i can. outside of that, i spend time at the gym, taking photos whenever the moment feels right, and indulging in art or lingering in coffee shops with bookstores. i love being with my pets, hiking when the weather’s right, downsizing my closet bc i shop a lot lol, helping others, and learning guitar in between everything else. i try to stay open to whatever new interest finds me next.

Music

my music taste drifts through different eras and genres. i’m drawn to rock, pop, rap, alternative, a little r&b, a little country, hyperpop, and some house/electronic, alongside everything from classics to current music ranging from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, and beyond, up through to today’s picks. whatever i connect with in the moment usually finds its way into rotation. it really depends on the day and my mood. my taste is always evolving and ever changing and i’m constantly discovering something new. there’s a lot i love that isn’t listed here, especially when it comes to specifics so it’s easier to ask than to list. So feel free to ask me! i’m always open to recommendations too.:) ⟡ ♥ ✶

Movies

movies have always meant a lot to me. growing up, they were something i spent a lot of time with and really connected to, and that connection never really faded. i still go back to movies for that same feeling. i’m into movies that leave an impression - dark, emotional, nostalgic, funny, or a little weird. i watch across genres and usually follow whatever catches my interest. favorites are hard to narrow down to me, they’re better talked about.

Television

my tv taste ranges from animation and anime to darker, funnier, or more serious series, along with a few classics of course. i usually follow whatever pulls me in. i grew up on disney, nickelodeon, cartoon network, and adult swim, and that influence still shows, especially in my sense of humor. better talked about than listed.

Books

still a work in progress, but i’m mostly into horror and manga. my all-time favorite book is ‘night’ by elie wiesel.

Heroes

i wouldn’t necessarily call these people my heroes - they’re more so people i admire and draw inspiration from. to name a few: mary-kate & ashley olsen, miranda cosgrove, jennifer lawrence, jesse eisenberg, ariana grande, and a few others. i’m mostly inspired by creators, actors, actresses, and the overall y2k era. more on that later ✶
