just for clarification there are probably gonna be a lot of comics on here. if you don't think comics and other "low brow" mediums can be worthy of good analysis or have important themes then go read understanding comics by scott mccloud. i believe as long as the content and execution of concepts are good then the medium doesn't matter. 1. houseki no kuni 2. chainsaw man 3. fahrenheit 451 4. understanding comics 5. making comics 6. the bone series i like reading classic literature but i don't do it very often and it's rare that any classics will be my favorites.
