Michael Cash

General

It's simple, really... I pick up my guitar, spill my soul into a song, hit record on my phone, and post it. These songs aren't perfectly structured or polished. They're raw, dirty, real, and gritty. Every song represents a chapter in the chaotic life I've lived. I've been through hell, fought for my life, and I'm humbled and grateful that I have the ability to express myself through words, lyrics, and music. That's something I'll never take for granted. I'm not trying to be a rock star. I'm not chasing fame. Truthfully, I barely promote any of this. If a song is meant to reach someone, connect with someone, or mean something to someone, then it will. I appreciate every single person who has listened to my music, shared it, or connected with it in any way. That means more to me than selling records ever could. So throw on some headphones, listen to the lyrics, and find your own connection to them. I write my songs the same way I live my life: unfiltered. I don't beat around the bush. I lay it all out there—pure, direct, and honest. If that's not for you, that's okay. I'm not here to please everyone. My guitar playing isn't perfect. It's untimed, rough around the edges, and choppy at times. But that's part of what makes these songs what they are. They're real. Enjoy. And if something in these songs helps you in some way—any way—then every note and every word was worth it.

Movies

Most 80's slasher and zombie movies 🤘💀 like return of the living dead, Halloween 1978, Friday the 13th, nightmare on elm street, my bloody valentine, slumber party massacre, dawn of the dead, dolls, child's play, the wizard of gore, and of course the old Hollywood monster movies, but I enjoy a couple more "normal" films as well (:

Television

The greatest hypnotist on planet earth is a box in the corner of the room(tv). It is constantly telling us what to believe is real #brainwash

Books

Please read “1984” by George Orwell. If this is too hard for you, you can read “Animal Farm” by the same author. The parallels between these stories and today’s politics are unmistakable. We are losing that is unique and beautiful.

Heroes

I don't like to name heroes as people are only human and they eventually tend to disappoint.
