i like pretty much anything that is underground/alternative except for most metal sowwy… some of my favorite artists are: terror visions, b-52’s, crossfade, life without buildings, the cardigans, king krule, cutting pink with knives, the sawtooth grin, charli xcx, wipers, julie, unwound, chevelle, metro station, motion city soundtrack, the stripes, jay reatard, metric, die doraus & die morenus, sleigh bells, pinback, the supremes, the victims, i hate sex, we versus the shark, really big pinecone, gee tee, enon, the hives, jai paul, grouper, naked eyes, six finger satellite, theoretical girls && etc. etc. i could go on forever. music is a huge priority in my life obvi 

Movies

, sweeney todd (not cringe), o brother where art thou?, anything with jack black in it lmfao. idk i used to watch a lot of movies as a teenager but fell off. recommend me something cool i’m trying to watch some criterion and or critically acclaimed movies in my old age haha

Television

any funny show from the 2000s favs are: peep show (underrated), arrested development, 30 rock, also Jeopardy!, antiques roadshow, the joy of painting with bob ross, ru paul’s drag race, the IT crowd, mad men, yo gabba gabba (original hipster here)

Books

currently reading: Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro

previously read Klara and the Sun by him and really enjoyed it. 

also read: A Little Life. didn’t enjoy it way sensational and the characters are emotionally underwhelming in my opinion…

trying to read: more contemporary or classics that have a modern feel… tried to read The Master & Margarita that one was a little too dense for my hole-riddled brain. if you have any recs for good media please hit me up in the comments! thank you i love you bye.
