i went through your website today and found the donut from the ascii cinema site. embarrassing that the above link includes the time stamp. that was not intentional... i am so sorry for not publishing a single newsletter in this time.. and muehehehe. would you take a bite out of the C donut (be honest) i don't know that i would take a... byte out of the C donut... i do not usually like eating virtual ASCII characters... but i could try it once. if you had to eat anything made out of ascii, what would it be? ascii steak? ascii soup? |

I bounced off disco Elysium on my first try. What kind of playstyle / approach do you think would make the game most approachable? I tried to play myself and felt like I was rubbing against the game. i recommend making your first build focus on intellect and most importantly psyche skills. on my bf's first playthrough i recommended he put quite a few points into the psyche skill "inland empire" (which is essentially your "gut feeling"), as it serves as a nice subtle compass to point out what you should/shouldn't focus on. it really helped with his playthrough and made it quite a lot more fun, as it plants lots of exciting seeds that you'll want to further pursue. -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE----- -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE----- -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE----- |

do you believe europeans to have a common identity? and do the british include themselves in that? this is reminiscent of that crazy american woman who claimed differences in US states are at the same level as the differences in european countries.. I still can't believe that Brexit happened the way it happened. Like I was vaguely pro Brexit because I hate the EU, but for the UK to leave the EU and then basically become a non-voting member because of the inevitable "oh yeah now we have to make new trade agreements" it's just kind of pathetic. Brexit from the outside just looks like Brittan demoted itself on the global stage. lots of people voted brexit because they thought the government was smart enough to handle a change like that properly. we could've had some pretty sweet trade deals and better relations with commonwealth countries. but if parliament cant go one day without devolving into a playground for the uber-rich (they literally scream, holler, and insult eachother like children), i don't know what people really expected to happen. then again, the uk had some good deals with the eu which exempted it from some of the nastier aspects of being a member, so we would still be getting the short end of the stick if brexit was handled by the world's best brex-perts |
