I was building my own site from scratch sometime ago. I made this page to put myself out there again. I'm styling it similar to my main site, but I like how Spacehey has more social aspects.

I have scripts for more melancholic highlights, but I also just wanna share some other music. I think the things I talk about can be too depressing to some, though it's actually relieving for me. So I'll keep this one short (inb4 I get carried away lol).

vibri!
I got put on to Vib Ribbon (and many other things) by one of my best friends long ago. I love how adorable and upbeat Vibri is! It's somewhat of a contrast to my natural demeanor; I can be nonchalant and demure, but I like having someone who is chipper and outgoing that brings me out of my shell.

rhythm games!
I'm a big fan of rhythm games; in fact, most of the games I play currently are and I'm quite good. I'm working my way through Project Diva, DJMax Respect, and Muse Dash on my pc (although I do have a ton more).

Vib Ribbon is a PS1 game, and though I had one long ago, I gave it away (a trend of my youth I do regret til this day!) I did play the other early PS1 rhythm games like PaRappa and Um Jammer Lammy, and Guitarooman for the PSP is an honorable mention (the last two are also special to me), but Vibri is somehow even more quirky and lovable!

I particularly like the drastic bpm changes of the songs here that keep players on their feet. I believe it could've been done with a CDJ or DDJ, and it's an idea I'd like to explore some time. It's also fun to listen to! I find the music and lyrics enjoyable and I love the engrish. I sing them quite often to myself.

not a song review, i swear
- I only skipped Polaroid here because it takes a while to start up;
- Sunny Day is likely my fav because it starts off upbeat and gets going!
- Laugh and Peace (which is also the name of the band playing with Yoko Fujita on vocals) I like for the samples used; also the speed gets ridiculous (which also reminds of Caddicarus, who made a video about the game lol).
- Universal Dance is ok; I like the chorus ("Got the kick! Got the hook!").
- Trip Out is also a fav; I like the part where it's super slow and then speeds up near the end.
- Roll Along is nice a finale; overall, I really enjoy the whole ost.

Once again, I didn't intend to write this much lol, but I've really wanted to give depth to the things I enjoy for a long time. I have a few more of these drafted already, but will post what feels right in the moment.

P.s: You may've noticed my pfp is more green now 👀 lol. I hope to elaborate further when a few projects are finished.
