Music: It comes first because I don’t think I could live without it. I won’t say I’m one of those people who says they « listen to all genres » but my taste can be pretty varied as long as it doesnt SUCK.

Right now, I’m starting to be really into Japanese music (Especially J-Rock and J-Metal, but also J-Pop) Later, I also want to discover new non english music from all kind of countries (sadly I don’t really have the time or the motivation to find new music...)

I was really into Nu-Metal for a long time, but like...really. I listened to so many bands, I loved learning about them and passing hours on archived fansites to get more knowledge but now I’m a bit burnt out of the genre (with the exception of a few bands). As I said earlier, I always want to discover new music, but I don’t really have the time. People thinks it is just sellout metal but they are wrong, there is so much more in the scene and for me it is one of the most creative genre of metal, each bands sounds different from one another and thats why i love it (and for Nu Metal isn’t a certain genre of metal, but more like an « era » in metal, because even non Nu Metal bands at the time had some of the « aesthetic »).

Rock and Metal adgacent music are my favorites, but I also enjoy Electronic music (Especially Breakbeat and Digital Hardcore + bands that blends Electro with Rock like Pitchshifter, probably my favorite band of all time)

Finally I finally got back into Vocaloids, but that’s not a genre of music itself since I think every genre of music was covered by Vocaloid… I have been a fan since I got an Internet access, but on a « surface level » since I didn’t knew english at the time I didn’t took part with the fandom. I listened to it a lot during my animation meme phase but left it when I became a Nu-Metal fan (I just wanted to be #americancore at this time). I came back to it in 2025 after watching the Colorful Stage movie in theaters. My favorite Vocaloids are Meiko, Megurine Luka, Lily, Nekomura Iroha and IA. Gumi was also my favorite when I was a kid and I thought I was so different for loving her (While she just one of the most known UTAU , whatever) And yeah I’m just glad I came back to my childhood interests XD

So in general have a preference for late 90s to mid 2010s music, from metal to pop...

Videogames : Something I never left ! Well it’s a past time of mine. I enjoy all kind of games, but honestly I’m a « style over substance » person sometimes, so I can like some really shitty games just because I like the aesthetic XD. The PS3 is my favorite console since you can emulate almost all PS game on it. I also like the PSVITA, the 3DS and the WII (I don’t enjoy modern gaming as much since it is sometimes a bit too « corporate » for me, idk how to word it) Right now I only play JRPGS and Tactical RPGS (I used to hate it like one week ago), but really I can enjoy anything !

I especially love rhytmic games like all the Hatsune Miku « Project » games, Bang Dream, Guitar Hero, Rock Band and D4DJ. Especially Bandori, I love it since launch and it is very dear to me !

Animes/Mangas : I have always been a fan since my childhood once again, since even my dad was a bit of a fan before me but I only came back « seriously » to it this year. I have a lot to catch up, that’s all I can say. I’m also planning to make a MyAnimeList account this year, I’m linking it soon.

Subcultures : Learning about new subcultures, I mean. Especially alternative. I won’t say I’m appart of a subculture myself but I mostly wear alternative stuff inspired by (especially) Mallgoth and Skater style. It is just so interesting ! I do a lot of research for my OCs, lol. Can also be tied to with Fashion.

Movies :  Too Many movies, not many time...I really enjoy watching movies, good or bad, the classics but not so classics too. Animation, of course. I love horror/zombie movies and once again, style over substance. I have a letterboxd account, but it’s pretty dead right now.

The 2000s/2010s : A bit similar to the subcultures part, I love to learn about the 2000s! Especially Old Web, I can be on wayback machine for hours just browsing old sites. I know the 2000s weren’t a perfect time, in fact I try to not romanticize it but still, it’s interesting to look back at it.

Art : I’m not talking about the old boring stuff you can learn at school but more Modern Art, Online Art and Street Art. I draw from time to time when I’m not trying to get everything too perfectly and stuff because I love creating characters and universes that are usually stuck in my mind (or fandom, fan art stuff more rarely!)

Skateboarding : On a outsider level...I’m interested in the culture, I watch a lot of videos and read old magazines about it but it’s weird since I CAN’T stand on a board (I’m a huge rollerblader tho) I’m more into 90s/2000s skate but yeah I enjoy it even if I can only experience it by playing the Tony Hawk’s games and watching 411 DVDS.

The classic era: Tony Hawks pro skater 4 - i think im one of the only who prefer this one over the third or first one. idk why. im no big fan of the time limited missions of the 3 other THPS, and the controls are kinda clunky too compared to this opus. theres also the right amount of liberty in it. my 2nd fave game of the pro skater era is THPS3 because its just the final version of the first 2 games,probably what the developpers truly wanted to do with this franchise and its a really good game 2 end the trilogy. THPS1 + 2 are iconic even if i prefer way more the remake then the originals...

The modern era: Tony Hawks underground 2 - aw man it was hard 2 choose. ik this take is mega divisive in the fandom,like what it started the downfall of the serie and that putting bam at the same level as tony in the story (and whole marketing) was prolly the worst idea ever but hell,what can i say?? have you played the game atleast?? i think it got the smoothest controls compared to THUG1 wich is nice (but could get better like with the whole wallplant mechanic) and THAW wich is nice 2 (but your character feels super heavy to control...theres something weird abt the physics?? maybe thats just me)...the story is fun and it got that early/mid 2000s MTV feel to itwich i have a huge soft spot 4...i can understand why ppl doesnt like this story line compared to THUG and how its not a long game compared to THAW,but for me it was the peak of what the THUG era could offer to us. yeah its a product of itz time,and yeah if this game was released today it wouldve just been a 20$ dlc for THUG...but whatevs,this game just have a special place 2 my heart. u cant beat nostalgia. but hey i also love the other THUG era games. THAW got the most memorable original characters,you can ride a BMX and theres BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG as a secret character?? thats fckin sick. that game just tries so much nu stuff and im here 4 it. THUG is objectively the best Tony Hawk game,and it just got the best storyline in the series. the whole game is iconic. love all the underground vibes yk,tryin to get to the top...its down 2 earth compared to the 2 later games but thats cool too. ya can see how much i love the THUG era haha

The next gen era : Tony Hawks Proving Ground - i just think this game is very underated. nobody really played it when it was released cuz at the same year,EA Skate was out. ppl kinda forget abt the Tony Hawks games after Project 8,who was the first try 4 Neversoft to do a game on the Ps3. it kinda failed yea,but it was worth it. cuz THPG is really REALLY better than THP8,and by far. The storyline is overlooked by a lot but i think its great bc 1 they finally changed the scenarist and it SHOWS,and 2 you can choose your own route depending your fave skate style (wich is quite cool imo). it feels like the real successor of THUG,ya got all that underground vibes once again and i love how every skaters just plays a part of the story (compared to THP8 where its just : "hey,im here and you gotta do what tricks i yell at you/beat my combo/do x nail the tricks 4 me"). you can see that Neversoft put some passion into it cuz it was their last Tony Hawk game. imma note that the DS version is also really impresive and fun 2 play (and its rare to see),tho dont play the Ps2 version wich is a really lazy and BAD port (i aint gonna talk abt the wii version...using wiimote montion controls was physically painful). Ive said a lot of things abt Tony Hawks project 8 but honestly its not a bad game,also i think the nail the trick feature interesting when u know how to use it...its also the game with the most skate videos and i love that (theres even behind the scenes included,its interesting. yea its no main feature but atleast its a positive point) For the other next gen games tho....yeah...Ive never played Ride and Shred,but imma say it was original to have the motion controls even if they were clunky from what ive said....THPS5? no this game doesnt not exist at all,its like Postal 3...neva heard of it!

final note: TH downhill jam on the wii is fun as hell,and the characters says some unhinged stuff for a PG 12 game lol. give it a try if you wanna play with friends who never touched a TH game in their life. also its prolly the only game where the wii port is better then the ps2 version...
