General	Art, drawing, cooking, food, cocktails, craft beer, urban legends and ghost stories, collecting vinyl, movies, comic books, travel, ttrpgs, video games, horror podcasts (Malevolent is my absolute favorite I’m like obsessed!)
Music	Most genres, but especially punk, post-punk, gothic rock, new wave, 90s alternative, celtic punk, indie/alt pop, jazz, darkwave, batcave, folk-punk, ska…my tastes are pretty eclectic lol
Movies	Persepolis, House (1977), When the Wind Blows, Creepshow, Beetlejuice, Mary and Max, Millennium Actress, Bird Boy; The Forgotten Children, the original Scream trilogy, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Trick ‘r Treat, The Drunken Master, Fantastic Planet, Porco Rosso, Rashomon, Eraserhead, Wings of Desire, Godzilla, The Dark Crystal, Freaks (1932), Five Deadly Venoms…there are a lot more but that’s all I can think of right now. Oh and anything by Guillermo del Toro.
Television	Bojack Horseman, Avatar the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Batman: The Caped Crusader, The Twilight Zone (the classic 60s one, haven’t watched the latest version yet), Smiling Friends, Metalocalypse, Moral Orel, Over the Garden Wall, Gravity Falls
Books	Comics/Manga/Graphic Novels: Hellboy, Persepolis, The Girl from the Other Side, JtHM, Sandman, Death Note, the works of Junji Ito Book books: Kafka’s Metamorphosis, Frankenstein, the works of HP Lovecraft and Edgar Allen Poe
Heroes	I don’t really have ‘heroes’, I don’t think it’s good to put people on a pedestal like that.

About me:

I’m a 30 something bi trans dude from central NJ with a strong appreciation for the macabre and strange (my friends lovingly describe me as “goth trash”), and I’m also into a lot of nerdy things, like table top RPGs (my faves are Avatar Legends and Call of Cthulhu), comic books, and animation. Now a days I mostly spend my days at work, running errands, and doing various household chores, but in my free time I like to go out to enjoy the local nightlife, create art (mostly drawing, some painting), cuddle with my cat, watch movies, mix fancy cocktails, read, and when money and time allows (which isn’t often) travel. I’ll also explore my local area for unique shops, cool hang outs, and interesting sites.
