I bet I discovered some of your websites and browsed them back then, I went on pretty hardcore searches for good Pokemon fansites back in those days. :D What were the names of your pages? It'd be pretty sweet if they were the ones I remember.

And aww hey, no worries! I certainly understand you on the social anxiety thing. I get it pretty bad myself sometimes. I'm easy to talk to, but don't feel bad if you need to take some time. ^_^ I'm patient!

Yeah, that sounds just like what my ex would say to me. x__X; I also hate people who go on and on about how narrow-minded society is, but yet somehow can't accept someone who doesn't fit exactly into THEIR mold.

Granted, I'm picky about people myself... But that's to protect myself from toxic behavior, not from someone's style/preferences of music or whatever. -.-

I've always been an outcast among outcasts myself. Literally in my own world, but that has certainly turned out for the best. ^_^ Funny thing, it's how I met my now fiance.

yeah for sure. ppl dont really look at the bigger picture enough... or in the mirror...
"outcast among outcasts" is so true! other ppl get into their subcultures, dress however they want, make lots of friends and go to subculture hangouts and parties. and then im there just existing, until recently tied down by an enmeshed toxic family that was more stressful and scary than any bullies. i couldnt dye my hair or dress too crazy bc my family would have been horrible to deal with, i couldnt go out bc the home abuse + the school bullies combined had given me severe social anxiety, etc... going online and lurking and doing my own creative stuff was safe back then and what i still do now XD

dont worry about taking time, i know how it is lol. im excited to hear from u when u can! hope the pain takes a chill pill soon.

Yeah, I'm so over that kind of hypocrisy (really megalomania might actually be a better word TBH) that has been allowed to run rampant in our society. Don't get me started on how there are people HERE on this website that say on their profiles, "Don't add me if you're *insert some BS*! Don't add me if you have an anime profile picture! Don't add me if BLAHBLAHBLAH" I'm like, come on people, it's SpaceHey. If I wanted that kind of shallowness, I'd just stay on Twitter or Facebook. :P

It's fine to have boundaries, I have them too but that's just silly. Thankfully, those people are few and far in-between on here, and when I see them I just block 'em. There's plenty of genuinely real and cool people on here, like yours truly! ;D

Good for you for getting away from abusive family. Sounds not too unlike mine, but I would say your situation was much worse. Still, I have some pretty ridiculous stories to share. I'm in my 30s, and I'm still not allowed to dye my hair. x__X;; My every move is criticized, too. I was bullied alot as well, even in my adulthood... You sound alot like me, I just stay in my room and say fuck it to the outside, basically. I'm in my own world, and am constantly looking stuff up online for the manga story I want to create. I like to "window-shop" alot too. ^_^

Thankfully I think the pain has finally ebbed off. I just need to get some good sleep. These passed few days have been brutal, I'm ready for some genuine chill-time....

Definetly! As soon as my health improves, which it should in a day or two. :) Thankfully my condition is at least fairly predictable. I am SO sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your DMs, and that my communication has been spotty. I've been worried I've given the wrong impression. x.x; I am SO sorry!!

And yeah, we can certainly share stories of our families as well, when and if you're comfortable. There's a reason I'm such a volatile wreck half the time....

At any rate, I hope we get to talk more soon. :D
